Do you recognise this?

You struggle with convincing the clientele to engage, you have issues on what to actually write on social media, you hesitate with decisions and what path to take… Even when you work long hours, pour your soul and energy into your new company – it doesn’t seem to take off as you planned.

Not to worry – as we have all lives this.
The solution is developing the brand strategy as it is a foundation stating who you are and what your goals are and it will help you through your hard times when doubt comes to you and you doubt your business and everything else.

Your Brand & Strategy

Your brand is what sets you apart from your competitors. It is not only physical evidence of your company – as logo, social media, and website – it is equally much your mission, vision, and values – meaning everything you embody as a message, as a reason for existing, and as a connection to the world around you.

People don’t just purchase products they like – they buy from brands that they connect with on a conscious and subconscious level. This means that they need to be offered the values and vision of your brand to be able to connect with and remember you, when they are in the process of purchasing.

Case

Introduction

The Trench Factory already had a strong product, and mission in the concept of their business. Upcycling vintage coats to become one-of-a-kind bespoke art to wear. The artwork is hand-painted by selected artists.

Base

Marketing analysis

Methods of 4P and SWOT were essential to confirm the brand’s USP (Unique Selling Point), and from here we saw the open market position where one-of-a-kind wearable art, with a sustainable objective, was in demand from a clientele within both purchasing power and high-level aesthetics.

Visual Identity

Missing pieces

Copenhague Agency helped develop the missing pieces to the already strong visual identity of the brand, such as the logo, color palette, and image rules. In terms of selecting the right logo, it was important for the brand that it was contemporary, and simplistic to create a visual balance.

Final Stages

Conclusion

We also build on top of the brand universe, developing labels, managing photoshoots, and creating a homepage and a social media storyboard and communication brief.

The Trench Factory had come from a developing stage and now entered into existence, where the business was able to communicate its purpose to the client and reach awareness through its exhaustive brand universe
